An initial assessment is required to determine if you are a good candidate for intramuscular lipotropic injection(s).
Some people use lipotropic injections to aid fat loss and lose weight. The purpose of these injections is to support the metabolism of fat. However, in order to maintain a moderate weight, it is important to follow a healthy nutrition plan and to exercise regularly. Lipotropic injections are not a substitute for these healthful habits.
During this initial assessment, a thorough case history will be reviewed. Physical exam(s) and/or laboratory investigation may be performed.
The consultation may take up to 30 minutes.
If it is determined that you are a good candidate for intramuscular lipotropic injection(s), the injection may be performed after the initial assessment is complete.

It is estimated that a high majority of the population is deficient in vitamin B12 obtained from diet alone. Aging can lead to lower vitamin B12 absorption from food which may be due to a reduced production of intrinsic factors as we age. Intrinsic factors are a substance produced in the stomach which aids in vitamin absorption, either from food or oral vitamins. This reduced absorption may exacerbate chronic fatigue or anemia.
